The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Ora Tisdale can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence From: Ryan Perkins (Lovie’s Grandson)
Condolence: I’ve heard a lot of stories about my “Aunt Ora” growing up, I never had the pleasure of meeting her, but she was remembered fondly down in Alabama. Her mother (My grandmother) holds a VERY special place of love in my heart. I offer my condolences to all you that were near and dear to “Aunt Ora” God Bless.

Condolence: I wanted to send my love and sympathies to the Tisdale family. I know the Anniversary of your dear loved one, Ora, is approaching. No doubt this has brought back to mind some painful feelings and sadness, but hopefully you're able to reflect on the good memories as well. Keep in mind that beautiful promise found in God's Word, at John 5:28,29. It says, "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out." What this can mean for you is a real hope of being reunited with your loved ones who have fallen asleep in death. So as you reflect on the times spent with your dear loved one Ora, keep this comforting thought in mind for the days ahead. There will soon be a time when we'll not only be able to welcome our loved ones back to life, but we can truly experience the words "death will be no more." (Revelation 21:4) My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Condolence: Dear Tisdale family, I send you my sincere sympathies for the loss of your dear loved one Ora. Losing someone we love in death is a difficult event to endure. God's Word has provided a comforting hope for the future, for our loved ones whom we have loss in death. John 5:28,29 says, "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out." What this can mean for you is a real hope of being reunited with your dear loved ones. This reunion will take place in a beautiful Paradise on earth, where we'll be able to fully experience the words "death will be no more." (Revelation 21:4;Psalm 37:11,29)
