The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Brice Sowers can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence From: Brittany
Condolence: I wanted to send my sympathies to the Sowers family. I know the Anniversary of your dear loved one is approaching, so I was thinking about you. No doubt over the course of time you've reminisced about the memories that you've had with Brice, and maybe that has brought to mind some sadness and lingering grief. Keep in mind the beautiful hope that is found in God's Word, the Bible. John 5:28,29 says, "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out." This means that you and I have a chance to see our dear loved ones again, to be reunited with them right here on the earth, as God purposed. (Psalm 37:11,29) My thoughts and prayers will continue with your family.

Condolence: I am without words on this. For whatever reason, I decided last minute on Thursday to cancel a medical appt. and go downtown. I ran straight into Brice. We talked for a while, and exchanged our hugs and I love yous. As I started to walk away, he hollered my name, I turned around and he said I love you again take care of yourself and I'll see you later. I said the same in return. I will miss you very much, but this not good-bye. I will see you later, and I'm grateful I got the chance to tell you one last time I love you. Fly with the angels!

Condolence: I wanted to send my love, sympathies, and prayers to the Sowers family. I am so sorry to hear about Brice. I could tell from reading the comments and the obituary that Brice was such a loving and caring individual, and he will be deeply missed by all. When we lose someone we love to death, at such a young age, it is devastating and painful. Rest assured that Almighty God is not the cause of death, neither does he take our loved ones away from us to be with him. He recognizes the pain we're experiencing, and he has provided a beautiful hope for the future. John 5:28,29 says, "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out." What this can mean for you is a real hope of being reunited with your dear loved one, Brice. He has the beautiful hope of being resurrected to an earth where sickness will be eliminated and "death will be no more." (Revelation 21:4) My thoughts and prayers are with the family during this difficult time.

Condolence: So sorry to hear of Brice's passing. Before I retired, he would always stop in the office and ask to come back to my desk to give me a hug, called me Grandma (as he did many) and that he loved me. I loved you, too, Brice, and you will be sadly missed. You always had a smile for everyone. I am sure you are smiling down at all of us now in your beautiful new home. RIP, Brice.
