Jackie Ray "Jack"  Callaway
Jackie (Jack) R. Callaway, 76, of Atchison, KS passed away Saturday, September10, 2016 at his home.

Memorial service will be 11:00 AM Thursday, September 15, 2016, at Trinity Lutheran Church, Atchison, KS, with Rev. Robert Ziegler officiating. Family will receive friends prior to the service from 10:00 to 11:00AM at the church. The Becker-Dyer-Stanton Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements. Memorials are suggested to Trinity Lutheran School Technology Fund, American Heart Association, American Diabetes Association or Multiple Sclerosis Society and may be sent in care of the funeral home. Jack was born on November 8, 1939 in St. Joseph, MO the son of Fred and Beatrice (Dearick) Callaway. He served in the United States Army. Jack worked at General Motors in which he held several positions within the company. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, he enjoyed trap shooting, bowling, working on cars and playing with his grandkids.

Jack married Linda Jo (Jodi) Callaway, they later divorced. He then married Lea Ann Pierce on August 31, 1984 at Trinity Lutheran Church, Atchison, KS. She survives of the home. Additional survivors include a son Jack and Erin Callaway II, Bolckow, MO, a daughter, Ashley Callaway, Atchison, KS nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Gene Callaway and two sisters, Peggy Moore and Pat Justice.
