The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Ethel Keirns can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence From: Brittany
Condolence: I wanted to express my sympathies to the Keirns family. I know that the Anniversary of your dear loved one, Ethel, is coming up, and I wanted to let you know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. The loss of a loved one is one of the most difficult experiences one can endure. However, all hope is not lost. There is a beautiful hope for our dear loved ones found in God's Word, the Bible. John 5:28,29 says, "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out." What this can mean for you is a real hope of being reunited with your dear loved ones who have died. As you think about the good memories you've had with Ethel, reflect on the wonderful time when you can welcome her back with open arms in a Paradise on earth. (Psalm 37:11)

Condolence: I wanted to send my love and sympathies to the Keirns family. I'm so sorry for your loss. My thoughts are with you during this period of mourning. A comforting thought at times like these can soothe the heart. The Bible reveals that it is God’s purpose to restore the dead to life by means of a resurrection to a paradise earth, where sickness and death will be no more. Jesus said: “The hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out.” (John 5:28,29) Imagine seeing your dead loved ones again and being reunited with them. God has promised to make that a reality for his faithful ones.

Condolence: It is with great sadness I send this note of sympathy. We all know Ethel's great qualities and personality. Her presence within the Nortonville and surrounding communities will be greatly missed, especially at all of the sporting events. Now that she and Alfred are reunited in the Kingdom of Heaven, may she rest in peace. Also, may Christ's peace be with each of you.
Mary
